THE FAMOUS PALEO DIET

Nowadays is very common to see health problems like obesity, diabetes, also heart problems such as hypertension and other degenerative conditions are among the most common ones, our sedentary lives are to blame on this.
the paleo diet

But what if we could correct this condition by simply changing the way we eat, that principle is exactly what the paleo or paleolithic diet is based on, cutting all modern foods, processed, starch, fat, flour and sugar based packed foods, but not only that, to get into paleo you have to go back to all hunted and gathered foods that our ancestors used to eat. It sounds way too hard to achieve if go line to line on the diet, the point is to eat what our predecessors used to eat.
The other principle that you have to take in consideration is that under the paleo diet you must exercise regularly, this is a given for any dietetic regime if you really want to see results you have to work out.

According to the Wexner Medical Center of the Ohio State University in order to see real results and affect positively your health, you must follow those two simple steps.
In the day to day, practice is really hard to achieve and somewhat expensive, for instance when you level a product as “special” is going to cost you more, take “organic” products as a reference. A pound of regular meat at the grocery store is about $7 US but a pound of bison meat, of course, is a recognized paleo producto goes for up to $12US.

Other of the principals is when purchasing produce has to be fresh and locally grown, that also inflates prices up to 20% in some cases but gets hard when you live in a desertic area, I guess you have to get used to eating Cactuses LOL. OK, bad joke.
In conclusion, if you are getting into a dietetic regime like paleo is going to be hard at some point, as I always say, why are your trying to get into something you know you are eventually abandoning anyway, is best if you develop small changes over time that impact your day to day life and ultimately change your lifestyle.
